Koti (Muralikrishna) works in a construction site as a worker. Malli (Bhumika) comes to work there as a guy. There's a clash at work for Koti and Malli. Later, Koti learns that Malli is actually a girl, and he develops a liking for her. Meanwhile, several people are looking for Malli. Before Koti can reveal his love to her, these people on prowl find her, and in an attempt to rescue her, Koti is imprisoned by the police. Did Koti come out of the jail? Why did Malli don a masculine getup? Why are police looking for Malli? Is anyone else searching for her too? - such details are revealed in an interesting manner

Performances Muralikrishna, though a debutant, did very well. Through the film, the audience do not feel that he's a debutant but he has a boy next door kind of looks. Bhumika's performance is quite matured, and is very well-done. She doesn't have any dialogues in the first half, and she emotes with mute expressions appreciably. In the second half, she gives an excellent performance too. Samudra comes up in a supporting role for the first time and he does his job okay. Kovai Sarala, RK, Suman Shetty, Abhinayasri, Kadal Sukumar, Venumadhav, Geetha Singh act in roles different than their usual, and are entertaining in their own way.

Technical Departments: The basic story line of the film seems like it is inspired from the Iranian film "Baran", but the narration and story bring in much change to suit our n ativity. Dialogues by debutant Vemagiri could have been better. Cinematography by Anil Bandari is quite matured, reminding his guru Sekhar V Joseph in his usage of lighting schemes. He even traveled for script. Choreography is suitable and neat in all songs. Costumes are okay. Ilayaraja's work is superb. Songs are good, and the background score is still better! Editing is okay, and meets Samudra's style. Samudra comes up with a good screenplay. The direction is very different from his usual style and reveals a different angle in Samudra's taking.

Analysis The first half of the film is neat and has a different backdrop (of construction) and gives a different look. The film starts off on a slow note and absorbs the audience as the film moves on. The second half, which reveals answers to the questions in the first half, is gripping and has Samudra's mark on the making. Overall, the film is enjoyable..
